Produced from only 1997 until 2000, it has a Bond style case and bracelet. These watches function on the fascinating concept of a self-winding quartz movement powered by a rotor (or hand-winding). The movement transmits the mechanical energy from the rotor or handwinding to a micro generator which then stores the energy in a capacitor. The caliber 1400 17 jewel autoquartz movement came from the factory with around a 100 hour power reserve.
These watches are unusual and fairly seldom seen. And this one is in pleasing condition - about a 9.3 out of 10.
Its bezel shows signs of being polished and a few remnants of light wear - otherwise the rest of the case presents as mint - a 9.8 out of 10. Its untouched original dial is mint.
