Shearwater’s new Tern TX dive computer is an incredible sport-diving computer for those seeking a comfortable, lightweight round form on their wrist.

In combination with the Swift Transmitter, the Tern TX offers a world-class transmitter-enabled system complemented by a digital compass for underwater navigation at an attractive price.

Like its "Silver outlined" sibling (which lacks Air Integration and digital compass) the Tern TX  builds upon the success of the popular dive computer with an appearance similar to yet thinner than the technical dive computer. 

What differs it from the the Teric and is that it doesn't have OC mixed gas technical and CCR modes - making it ideal for Air, Nitrox and 3-Gas Nitrox diving.

Both the Tern TX and Tern are depth rated to 120 metres and tested to engineering EN standards for dive computer compliance. They both support Air, Nitrox, 3 Gas Nitrox, Gauge, and Freedive modes and can log 500 hours of dives with a battery life of 20 hours with dive mode on.
